Terms & Conditions of Rental

Welcome to AVANA LIVING. This rental agreement is established between AVANA LIVING management ("Management") and the tenant ("Tenant") upon successful completion of core onboarding documents.

1. Payment & Deposit Policies

Rent bills are resolved upfront according to agreed frequencies (monthly or yearly). A security deposit code is held to guarantee preservation of fixtures and structural items. Deposit is returned 100% clean upon check-out, provided no damage is found inside unit walls.

2. Visiting Curfews & House Conduct

Lobby visits for outsiders are welcome up to 21:00 WIB. Great silence must be maintained with zero high levels of noise after 22:00 WIB. Opposite-gender visitors are strictly prohibited from entering private bedrooms or corridor zones without explicit supervisor permits.

3. Contract Terminations

Tenants must notify management at least 14 days before the contract ends if they do not intend to extend. Major breaches of house rules, illegal substance use, or unlawful acts may result in lease termination according to applicable terms.
